Where is Dawn Now?
Click on the images to see a larger view—images are updated hourly. As the Dawn spacecraft draws closer to Mars, images will be updated more and more frequently. At closest approach, images will be updated every two minutes. Please note that the Dawn spacecraft is approaching Mars on it’s night side, so the disk of Mars appears dark on approach and will be illuminated on departure.
